"I stopped in for a twin mattress and ended up leaving with a king frame set, twin mattress and plans to return for another set! Ali’s service was amazing! He was very personable, attentive, and excited to help! I didn’t find out until the end of shopping that he’s the actual owner of the store. He’s so humble to the point you’d think he’s just a super dedicated employee who wants to help everyone! He was very informative and gave me plenty of options. This experience was seriously one of the best customer service encounters I’ve had. I will definitely be back and recommend him to everyone I know!"
