A full mattress, also called a double, measures 54" x 75". It's a smart pick for teens, guest rooms, studio apartments and single sleepers who want more room than a twin. We carry full sizes in memory foam, hybrid and latex from trusted brands like Helix, Nectar, Brooklyn Bedding and Avocado. If you share the bed with a partner, consider stepping up to a queen for six extra inches of width and five of length. Visit any of our DFW stores to compare sizes in person, and ask about 0% financing and free same or next-day delivery.
